關於梁曉燕教授

梁曉燕教授長期專注於生殖醫學與婦科內分泌領域，是中山大學附屬第六醫院生殖醫學中心的主要創建者之一。從臨床診治到科研教學，四十餘年來始終站在生殖醫學快速發展的一線，累積了大量關於不孕不育、輔助生殖技術以及高齡備孕的實戰經驗。

Professor Liang Xiaoyan is a reproductive medicine specialist with decades of experience in infertility, IVF, PCOS, advanced maternal age, and reproductive endocrinology. She has played a leading role in building a major reproductive center and remains deeply involved in both clinical care and research.

She serves as a senior clinician and academic leader in reproductive medicine, with responsibilities spanning patient care, teaching, and guideline development.

梁教授的臨床工作重點，主要圍繞「如何在安全、合理與可負擔的前提下，提高患者達成健康妊娠的機會」。臨床專長包括但不限於：

• 不孕不育的系統化評估與個體化診療
• 各類輔助生殖技術（IVF、ICSI 等）的方案設計與流程管理
• 多囊卵巢綜合症（PCOS）與胰島素阻抗相關的生殖問題
• 高齡備孕、卵巢儲備減退與 AMH 指標異常的管理
• 反覆胚胎種植失敗、反覆流產的原因分析與綜合處理
• 生育力保存（如凍卵、凍胚等）相關評估與決策支援

Her clinical expertise covers infertility evaluation, IVF and related ART procedures, PCOS and insulin resistance, advanced maternal age with low ovarian reserve, recurrent implantation failure, and fertility preservation strategies.

除了臨床工作之外，梁曉燕教授長期參與生殖醫學與婦科內分泌相關的科研項目，關注卵巢功能、胚胎發育與子宮內環境等多個環節。曾主持或參與多項國家級與省部級科研課題，並在國內外專業期刊發表多篇學術論文，部分研究成果被寫入相關專業共識與臨床實踐指引中。

在教學方面，梁教授作為博士生與研究生導師，致力於培養下一代生殖醫學專業人員，將臨床經驗與科研思維結合，幫助年輕醫師與研究者建立更完整的知識框架。

Beyond clinical practice, Professor Liang has been actively involved in research on ovarian function, embryo development, and uterine receptivity, and has contributed to multiple national and regional projects. She also supervises graduate students, integrating clinical insights with scientific training.

對於每一位因生育問題而走進診室的患者與家庭，梁曉燕教授尤其重視「資訊透明」與「期望管理」。在醫學快速發展的同時，她更強調向患者如實解釋目前能做到與尚未能解決的部分，避免過度承諾或過度檢查，將更多決策權交還給當事人。

她常說，生殖醫學不只是技術，更是人生重大決策的一部分：醫生的角色，是提供專業判斷與真實數據，陪伴患者在了解風險與可能性的前提下，做出最適合自己與家庭的選擇。

Her philosophy is to combine scientific rigor with honest communication, helping patients understand both possibilities and limitations so that they can make informed, realistic decisions about their fertility journey.
